Gunn Runners is a Melbourne-based running club, has been an active part of the local running community since 2003. I was commissioned to design a fresh line of athletic wear, working with minimal direction to develop a look that aligned with the club’s spirit and performance needs. Red was a central colour in the clubs original design. It was important to me to maintain that brand unity. To contrast such bold colours, I selected a dark blue as black would be too dull.
